Our Services
At RiverSong Support Services, we are dedicated to enhancing the lives of individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities. In time, we hope to offer more community based supports including in home Respite for children and adults, Before and after School care for students with working families, and Consignment sales for gently used equipment.
Nursing Services
We offer nursing Consultation, Delegation, Case Management, HRST Clinical Review, caregiver training and support for Individuals in self-directed services as well as small residential agencies, day programming and vocational programming, providing guidance and support on medical and behavioral challenges.
We meet people where they are, whether that be in the home or out in the community.
Available for short term nursing coverage during nursing staff changes or coverage for time off or vacations.
Available for consultation to support nurses new to the field of Developmental Disabilities nursing.
Wheel Chair Wash
Our Loved Ones Wheel Chairs go through a LOT! Sign up for our Monthly Wheelchair Wash and we will have your wheelchair sparkling and smelling like new! Our technicians will pick up your wheelchair, carefully scrub all metal surfaces with soap free and clear of dyes and perfumes, wash all fabric surfaces, rinse well and dry and return to you that afternoon.
